Have you tried Ghewar? It is literally the BEST sweet out there. I had heard the name before and probably ate once. It is a seasonal Rajasthani sweet staple to Teej and Rakshabandhan. Fricking amazing taste for real.

I put it on my instagram bio years ago and haven't chanegd it since. Primary reason being, the quote opposes its own removal. Basically, everytime I think I can do better, it says "it's okay, it works". So yeah, that's that.
